The rooms are located in a family-run hostel in the center of Luxembourg-Belair and are ideal for short stays of several weeks or even several months (max. 6 months).

The rooms do not have their own kitchen and there is no shared kitchen!

The accommodation impresses with its modern, newly renovated rooms with shower room, air conditioning, a small fridge and a desk.

The pictures show single and double rooms.

- Rent incl. cleaning service from €1,400 per month (price may vary depending on room size and availability)
- Available immediately
- Restaurant in the house
- Bus stop in front of the door (Place de France)
- Brokerage fee: 1.200€ plus 17% VAT, which will be split equally (50/50) between owner and tenant.
